You choose your products and add them to the cart. You then enter your contact details, followed by the pickup day and time. Until the order is placed, you can go back to the cart and correct it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As soon as the order is placed, you receive a confirmation by email. Products are offered subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prices are in Swiss francs, VAT included. When you build a product yourself, its price depends on your choices: the total is shown before you add it to the cart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prices may change. The one that counts is the price shown when you place your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You pay online, by card or TWINT, or at the shop when you pick up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You pick up your order at the shop, Rue du Perron 12, 1204 Geneva, on the day and at the time you chose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you are late, the order remains payable and is kept to the extent permitted by the applicable food hygiene and safety rules. Hot dishes are kept in conditions that comply with these rules, and for as long as they allow. Cold products are kept until the shop closes on the scheduled pickup day at the latest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once these times have passed, the prepared products are no longer kept and are not refunded. An order that has not been picked up at the chosen time is therefore not automatically canceled. If the shop exceptionally cancels the order, you will be informed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You are invited to check your order at pickup and to report without delay any missing product, any error or any visible defect. This check does not affect the rights you have under the applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Delivery is offered by our partner Hop Delivery. To order a delivery, you need to go directly to the Hop Delivery site, where the delivery terms, the areas served and the applicable rates are listed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Orders placed on Hop Delivery are subject to the terms that apply to that service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
