This artisanal panettone reinterprets Italian tradition with the sweetness of candied chestnuts and the intensity of gianduja chocolate.<\/p>\n<p>Its soft dough made with natural sourdough starter combines candied chestnuts, a delicate chestnut pur\u00e9e and generous chunks of chocolate. The gianduja, made in part with hazelnut paste, adds a smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture and rich chocolate depth, while milk chocolate shavings complete this particularly indulgent recipe.<\/p>\n<p>It is all presented in a magnificent metal tin decorated with motifs inspired by the Sicilian cart (carretto siciliano) and the Sicilian puppet theatre (opera dei pupi), designed by Sicilian artists.
