Modena Balsamic Vinegar PGI, used directly in the dough and to soak the raisins, adds a delicate sweet-and-sour note that perfectly balances the sweetness of the panettone and gives it wonderful aromatic depth.<\/p>\n<p>This surprising combination reveals fruity and slightly tangy notes, for an elegant and original tasting experience.
