Panettone with candied chestnuts and gianduja: a rich and refined Italian delicacy

Discover a gourmet creation born from the meeting of Dolce&Gabbana’s world and Fiasconaro’s pastry-making expertise. This artisanal panettone reinterprets Italian tradition with the sweetness of candied chestnuts and the intensity of gianduja chocolate.

Its soft dough made with natural sourdough starter combines candied chestnuts, a delicate chestnut purée and generous chunks of chocolate. The gianduja, made in part with hazelnut paste, adds a smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture and rich chocolate depth, while milk chocolate shavings complete this particularly indulgent recipe.

It is all presented in a magnificent metal tin decorated with motifs inspired by the Sicilian cart (carretto siciliano) and the Sicilian puppet theatre (opera dei pupi), designed by Sicilian artists. An elegant presentation that also makes it a wonderful gift idea.
