Its soft natural sourdough dough contains a smooth cream flavoured with Spritz. It brings together notes of Aperol®, Prosecco and lemon liqueur, recreating the distinctive combination of sweetness, freshness and a slight bitterness.

The panettone is covered with delicious dark chocolate and colourful sugar pieces, adding a crunchy and decorative touch. An original creation, ideal for lovers of Italian flavours and for surprising guests at dessert time.

• Soft wheat flour
• Spritz-flavoured cream (23%): glucose syrup, sugar, water, palm oil, egg yolk, lemon liqueur, alcoholic preparation flavoured with Limoncello, Aperol®, Prosecco DOCG, skimmed milk powder, cream powder, flavourings, vanilla extract, pectin, citric acid, salt, potassium sorbate and paprika extract

Decoration ingredients (17.5%):

• Dark chocolate (11.8%): cocoa mass, sugar, low-fat cocoa powder, soya lecithin and natural vanilla flavouring
• Sugar pieces (5.1%): sugar, wheat starch, sunflower oil, potato starch and colourings
• Butter
