Panettone with Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI: a surprising and refined creation

Discover Giusti’s Panettone with Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI, an original creation that combines the sweetness of traditional panettone with the unique character of the famous balsamic vinegar from Modena.

Its soft natural sourdough is generously filled with raisins and candied black cherries. Modena Balsamic Vinegar PGI, used directly in the dough and to soak the raisins, adds a delicate sweet-and-sour note that perfectly balances the sweetness of the panettone and gives it wonderful aromatic depth.

This surprising combination reveals fruity and slightly tangy notes, for an elegant and original tasting experience. It can be enjoyed as it is, with a coffee or tea, or slightly warmed with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an especially indulgent experience.
